We want you to shop with confidence at B Boutique, so we aim to keep our returns process clear and straightforward for all customers.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days from your order date, excluding the original delivery charge. Sale items must be returned within 7 days from your order date. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging, and we cannot accept items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or carry smoke or any other odour. Any item returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the original sender address.
Refunds and Return Details
A refund can only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date shown on your delivery note. Please include your delivery note with your return and indicate the reason for returning the item so we can trace your order and process your refund correctly. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds are usually issued for the amount paid for the item only, not the delivery charge, unless the full order was faulty or incorrect. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used when placing the order. We do not offer exchanges, so if you need a different size or colour, simply return the item within the allowed time frame and place a new order.
